A public meeting was called on the 9th November 1982 and a Building Committee was formed.

Dennis Pellizzari was on this committee.
A Finance committee was also  formed and Dennis Pellizzari served on this committee and is still a member to this day.

Two Wells Community Centre was incorporated in 1983  and by 1984 this building had practically being finished.

Leon Broster called for a formation of a Management Committee and on the 27th October the building was declared open.  The cost was $100,000.00 dollars and  Mallala Council provided $45,000 dollars. We secured a loan of $50,000.00.

The finance committee then amalgamated with the Management committee.
