A public meeting was called on the 9th November 1982 and a Building Committee was formed, Dennis Pellizzari was on this committee. <br>&nbsp;A Finance committee was also &nbsp;formed and Dennis Pellizzari served on this committee and is still a member to this day.

Two Wells Community Centre was incorporated in 1983&nbsp; and by 1984 this building had practically being finished .Leon Broster called&nbsp;for a formation of a Management Committee and on the 27th October the building&nbsp;was declared open.&nbsp;&nbsp;The cost was $100.000 dollars and &nbsp;Mallala Council provided $45,000 dollars. We secured a loan of $50,000.00.
